To su funte. I to je Uk sektor-Aberdeen.
Na te plače Å¡to je dao Groff se odbija National insurance na svim brodovima pod engleskom zastavom+UkTax oko 25%(Tax se vrača)
Na brodovima koji nisu pod engleskom zastavom odbija se UK Tax koji se treba vratiti na kraju porezne godine oko 15%
Groffe na kojem si brodu? Ja sam na Fabulous.
Za dizanje plača če razmisliti, a naj novije je da dolaze Bugari i Rumunji.

Kakve su novogradnje, cuja san da su banana od nekih....samo to mi nije bas kjaro inf s obzirom da je vecina flote ukljucujuci i moj brod 1980 i starije
A vidim da se plovi iz ljubavi, kad god dojdemo u Den Helder uvik ista flota u portu i zaebancija
Na kojem si brodu,evo ja u Den Helder Fugro Pioneer
O kolega isplovili smo- Highland Challenger, mos ga pripoznat po ruzini koju ostavlja za sobom haha.Sutra navecer smo u portu. Ako budete jos tamo dosetan do te da vidim tu malu zvir, kad se sitin Proteusa dojde mi milo
Mislim da će mo biti ajde da se vidimo.
Novogradnje su jako loÅ¡e, loÅ¡ije od starih brodova, viÅ¡e niti neznam broj Warranty claima koje sam poslao. Kabine ok ali večina kabina ima premali WC. . Pogon 2x cat 3508 sa shaft generatorima, 1 generator cat. Generator nakon 1500 sati trosi 4l ulja dnevno. Kada spustamo DC brod se nagne ok 5* lol. Jedino sto su dobri za more jako malo valjaju i imaju dobru brzinu u loÅ¡em vremenu zbog rezanja valova.

Today*Vroon is a dynamic and ambitious international shipping company, active in a number of specialized and commodity-type shipping segments. Vroon operates and manages a diverse fleet of about 150 vessels. A large fleet-expansion and new building programme will secure further growth in the years ahead.
Vroon is currently employing seafarers around the world to fill all their vacant position and every seafarer will undergo a 3 weeks orientation before boarding the vessel,all employees must report to our officer here in UNITED KINGDOM when boarding the vessel and when signing off from the vessel.
Contract Period:
2 years Contract and it is 2 months On board and 2 months Vacation which you can spend with your family,please note that salary will be paid to you even while you are on vacation.
Vessels in Management:
We currently provide crew management services for a fleet consisting of in excess of 160 vessels. Out of these, Vroon Shipping Management technically manages approximately all vessels.*
Our diverse fleet includes a wide range of different vessel types. We are able to provide the technical ship management skills specific to each vessel type, along with experienced crews who have proved their expertise over many years of successful operation.
